Our waitress forgot to put in our appetizer and meal! It took 45 minutes before she came back and asked where our food was. When we told her we didn't get anything yet she went to the computer and we saw her obviously distraught. When we asked her, she was honest, and admitted to not putting it in. We finally got our food but there was never an apology and a manager never stopped by. Very dissapointing experience.

Love this place because my husband is happy here. They have so any beers on tap it's ridiculous. More than sports bars. Chicken is great here and on Tuesdays and Thursdays they are discounted. My first time here our waitress sucked but every time after that was great. Love happy hour! I'm so glad Montana has this place because it makes me miss home a little less

I have been hesitant to write a review of our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Great Falls because we had such a bad experience & was hoping to get some satisfaction from the manager. After not even receiving an apology from the assistant manager at the time, & sending an email to the corporation, & making phone calls to the local Health Department, & speaking with the manager on the phone, we received 2 $10 gift certificates to compensate for our $98 bill, terrible service, filthy conditions w/ flies all over the restaurant landing on our food, hanging out on the walls & tables. We were unable to eat our meal in the restaurant & had to leave. Most good restaurants would have written off the whole bill for such an awful experience! I realize this is just a sports bar with wings & beer but sanitation & service should be expected in any food establishment.

Worst service in town. Tuesday night, the place is DEAD, been sitting here a half hour and still have yet to have our order taken. Half the tables are empty but haven't been cleared of food.. what a Fucking joke

What a fantastic lunch! The food came out fresh and hot. My kids loved the special treatment and we enjoyed the fun atmosphere. The premises was clean and the service was quick and efficient. I will definitely be back again.

Second time at this location. Service was below par and general manager was lost and confused! The food was well-- bar food, not good not the worst. The order was wrong and we waited for the beer for 20 min. The manager was no where to be found according to the staff and when she came out she tried to be professional but it was obvious she probably never worked at a high paced restaurant. I'll try again and see what happens.

This place had good, typical BWW food, but our bartender Brandy was so nice and helpful. She was personable beyond the normal "hey, how are ya?". I will definitely be back.

First, staff needs to smile and at least pretend like they enjoy their job. The overall experience was average along with the food. It's great that you know what beers are on tap but it would be great to hear your recommendations. Not sure if I would go back or not yet, but good luck and SMILE!!!!

This place is slammed every day but so far since opening. That being said the service is getting better. The food is coming out in a timely matter. I think the food is good. In a couple more months when the hype wears off this place will rock!

Wings were good. Nachos were disgusting. Cheese was cold. Meat was dry. The nachos looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Our waitress was negligent. She didn't check on us at all. She wasn't very welcoming and friendly. We had to ask the manager for napkins. However, I will go back for the wings!
